Ordering and Payment Methods

A reminder to our customers:

All items are subject to availability and confirmation.

We will reserve your order for three (3) working days upon receipt of confirmation email.  If payment is not made by then, we will consider the order cancelled.

For fixed weight items, please order before 3 pm for same day processing.  Any orders that come beyond 3 pm will be processed the next working day.  Please allow 5-7 working days lead time for pick-up or delivery due to reduced staff as a result of the General Community Quarantine.

For items requiring further processing such as steaks, please allow at least 5-7 working days days lead time before processing and pick up.

For Cash Payment and Pick Up in Store Customers:

Please quote your order number and bring a copy of your confirmation email when you come and pick up your order.

We do not encourage payment in cash if you are opting to use delivery services.  Please pay via bank deposit or online instead.

For Bank Deposit and Pick Up in Store Customers:

Please do not deposit until we have confirmed your order.  Once order is confirmed, please deposit before 3 pm and email a copy of your bank deposit to myown@mayon.com.ph.  We will then check with our bank to see if your deposit has patched through.  Items will not be released until we have confirmed your deposit in the bank.  All deposits done after 3 pm will be subject to next day release.

For Bank Deposit and Delivery Courier Customers:

We do not encourage payment in cash if you are opting to use delivery services.  Please pay via bank deposit or online instead.

Please do not deposit until we have confirmed your order. When your order is confirmed, please do include your payment of the delivery fee with your deposit, and email a copy to myown@mayon.com.ph. Please deposit before 3 pm, as all deposits past 3 pm will be subject to next day release.  Due to strict measure implemented during the Luzon-wide quarantine, we are unable to book riders for you.  It is our request the customers take charge of booking their delivery.

If you prefer to book the delivery yourself, please email us your deposit slip showing your payment for the items only, and do so before 3 pm. Please do not book with the courier until we have confirmed that your items are ready for pick-up. Items will not be released until we have confirmed your deposit in the bank.  All deposits past 3 pm will be subject to next day release.
